Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day

Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Temperature-sensitive products include:
- Insulated packaging with gel ice packs
- Temperature monitors for express shipments (upon request)
- Secure, tamper-evident seals
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Delivery Requirements
- Signature may be required for orders over $200
- Ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive shipments
- We are not responsible for delays or damage after carrier pickup

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control requirements, our return policy is limited. Please review the following carefully.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only for:
- Damaged products: Items damaged during shipping
- Defective products: Products that don't meet stated specifications
- Incorrect orders: If we sent the wrong product
Return Requirements
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged/defective product and packaging
- Product must be in original, unopened condition
- Original packaging and documentation must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
