Tracking

Delivery Requirements

  • Signature may be required for orders over $200
  • Ensure someone is available to receive shipments promptly
  • We are not responsible for delays or damage after carrier pickup

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier,SynthLab Research is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages (including "porch piracy")
  • Damage that occurs during transit
  • Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

We strongly recommend tracking your package and ensuring someone is available to receive delivery, especially for temperature-sensitive items. For high-value orders, consider requiring signature confirmation at checkout.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us as undeliverable for various reasons. If your package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer: You will be charged for reshipping costs. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and a $15 restocking fee.
  • Refused delivery: Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a $15 restocking fee.
  • Failure to pick up (held packages): If a package is held at a carrier facility and not picked up within the carrier's holding period, it will be returned. Refunds will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees.
  • Addressee unknown/moved: Same policy as incorrect address.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. SynthLab Research is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

State-Specific Shipping Restrictions

Important: Certain products may not be available for shipping to all states due to local regulations. Regulations regarding research peptides and chemicals vary by state.

It is your responsibility to verify that the products you are ordering are legal in your state before placing an order. If we determine that an order cannot be shipped to your location due to regulatory restrictions, we will:

  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund, or
  • Contact you to modify the order to remove restricted items

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final.
  • If your product is received damaged in transit, we will replace the product if you can provide sufficient proof of damage. Please contact us at contact@synthlabresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • If you would like to cancel your order, it must be done before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
